Roberto Santos

Lieutenant Roberto Santos has been with the Port St. Lucie (Florida) Police Department for over 15 years. Lt. Santos has been the catalystfor the work on problem solving, analysis, and accountability institutionalization in the Port St. Lucie Police Department. He conducts the problem solving, analysis, and accountability training for his own as well as other police departments around the country and has co-authored several published articles on this topic. Currently, he supervises the special investigations unit (narcotics) as well as the crime and intelligence analysis section of the department. Lastly, he earned his Masters in Criminology and Criminal Justice at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and has been an adjunct professor for FAU since 2006 teaching upper division undergraduate courses: Studying Violence, Crime in the Schools, and Criminal Investigations.
