Joel B. Plant

Joel Plant is a third-year student at the University of Wisconsin Law School. He assisted with the literature review for this guide. Prior to attending law school, he was a crime analyst for the Tempe (Arizona) Police Department. Plant holds a master's degree from Arizona State University and a bachelor's degree from Marquette University
