Phyllis Schultze is co-author of Criminal Justice Information: How to Find It, How to Use It and recently served on the editorial board for the Encyclopedia of Crime and Punishment (Sage, 2002). Schultze is the director of the Rutgers University Criminal Justice/NCCD collection. She earned her B.A. degree from Calvin College and her M.L.S. from Rutgers. She serves as co-chair of the World Criminal Justice Library Network and is a member of the American Society of Criminology and the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences.
